Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati and Transfer to Shillong

Upon your arrival at Guwahati Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Shillong. On the way, enjoy the scenic beauty of Umiam Lake. Arrive in Shillong, check into your hotel, and relax for an overnight stay.

Day 2

Day 2: Shillong Exploration and Journey to Cherrapunjee

After breakfast, explore Shillong’s remarkable attractions including Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sisters’ Falls, and Arwah Caves. Later, proceed to Cherrapunjee and check into your hotel for the night.

Day 3

Day 3: Trekking and Cherrapunjee Experience

Start the day with an adventurous trek to the Double Decker Bridge, which takes around 3 hours. In the afternoon, explore Cherrapunjee’s local churches and markets. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day 4

Day 4: Mawlynnong and Dawki Adventure

After breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village, passing through winding roads and breathtaking views of the Shillong Plateau. Explore the village life and visit the Living Root Bridge. Continue to Dawki to witness the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Return to Shillong for an overnight stay.

Day 5

Day 5: Return to Guwahati

After breakfast, check out and travel back to Guwahati Airport according to your schedule, concluding your memorable Meghalaya journey.
