2. Travel Documents

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation.
  • Shubh Yaatra Global will not be liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documents.

3. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes requested after booking confirmation may incur additional charges.
  • Amendments are subject to availability and supplier policies.

4. Third-Party Services

  • We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or deficiencies caused by third-party providers.

5. Liability

  • Shubh Yaatra Global is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising during travel.
  • We are not responsible for force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining adequate coverage.

7. Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to behave responsibly. Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website (text, images, branding) is the property of Shubh Yaatra Global and cannot be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in India.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as follows (unless specified otherwise in your package):
    • 30+ days before departure: 10–20% of total cost
    • 15–30 days before departure: 30–50% of total cost
    • 7–15 days before departure: 50–75% of total cost
    • Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% of total cost

2. Non-Refundable Components

  • Flights, visas, insurance, and certain hotel bookings may be non-refundable.
  • Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Company

  • In rare cases where we must cancel a trip (due to unforeseen circumstances), clients will be offered:
    • Alternative arrangements, OR
    • A credit note, OR
    • A refund (excluding non-recoverable costs)

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–20 working days after receiving funds from suppliers.

5. Amendments Instead of Cancellation

  • Wherever possible, we will try to modify bookings instead of cancelling, subject to supplier policies.

6. Force Majeure

  • No refunds will be applicable for disruptions caused by force majeure events.

7. Early Departure / Unused Services

  • No refunds will be provided for unused services once the trip has commenced.
